With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Sue Kirkendall of Montpelier, Ohio, who passed away on February 26, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father William H.; her husband Dale Kirkendall; her son Randy Kirkendall, Sr.; and her son-in-law David Armstrong. She is survived by: her children, Karen Armstrong of Montpelier, David Kirkendall of Toledo and Robert "Bob" Kirkendall of Montpelier; her grandchildren, Randy Kirkendall Jr., Mandy Sweet (David Bolen), Keith Rockwood (Brandi), Melissa Yoh (Sam) and Felicia Gano; her great grandchildren, Dakota Kirkendall, Samantha Spade, Isaac Ogg, E. Ogg, Adam Ogg, Oaklee Rockwood, Raina Baden, Karmeny Baden, Mason Roberts, Emberline Yoh and Heavenly Yoh; and her great great grandchild Abigail McClaine.
