With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Ray Knepper of Montpelier, Ohio, born in Bryan, Ohio, who passed away on March 1, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald A. Knepper and Nola Maxine Knepper (Brown); and his sisters, Marjorie Geren and Mary Knepper. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Locy; his children, Michael Knepper (Karla) of Dayton and Megan Bell of Canal Winchester, Ohio; and his siblings, Donnie Knepper of Lima, Bill Knepper (Carol) of Camden and Peg Marshall (Charlie) of Morenci, Michigan.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Williams County Fair Foundation or the Montpelier Fire Fighters Association.
