She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Husak and Bessie M. Husak (Wares); her husband Rudolph Lukey; her children, Diana Lynn Lukey and Butch Lukey; her siblings, Peter, Fred Husak and Pauline Kalenchuk; and her grandsons, Lynn A. Ely and Shawn Lukey.
She is survived by: her daughter Chris Ely (Larry) of Montpelier; her grandchildren, Jamie (Lisa), Wendy (Steve), Steph (Tim), Diana (Bradley), Michael and Jan; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Ryan, Mason, Brandon, Cassandra, Larralynne, Trinity and Elisabeth.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
