He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jr. Hilgefort and Rita Hilgefort (Monnin); his siblings, Ken Hilgefort and Terry Hilgefort; his parents-in-law, Vic Hess, Ralph Tumbusch, Rita, Ott Homan, Harold Heitbrink, Wilfred Tumbusch, Eugene Tumbusch, William and Rose Tumbusch; and his great grandchild Destiny Springer.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Hilgefort (Tumbusch) of Montezuma; his daughters, Kathy Forwerck (Paul) of Celina and Karen Cheeseman (Brad) of St. Marys; his siblings, Deborah Woehmyer (Ken) of Lebanon and Kay Nederostek of Pennsylvania; his sisters-in-law, Bertha Heitbrink, Betty Tumbusch, Olive Tumbusch and Jan Hilgefort; his grandchildren, Pastor Jason Springer (Betsy), Amanda Springer, Heather Sutter, Cody Weber (Brandi) and Garrett Weber (Michelle); his stepgrandsons, Matt Cheeseman (Chelsea) and Nick Cheeseman; and his aunt Bakery. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
Attendees are required to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by the Ohio Department of Health, due to the national concerns of COVID-19.
