She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Bulcher and Ursula Bulcher (McEldowney); her husband Ralph Young; her children, Teddy Young, Paula Smith and Donna Barnes; and her siblings, Lewis Bulcher, John Bulcher, Bernerd Bulcher, Larry Bulcher, Rita Glick and Germaine Wallace.
She is survived by: her children, Roger, Diane Young of La Follette, Jerry and Jean Young of Ansonia; and her brother Charles Bulcher of Greenville. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to EverHeart Hospice or the Area Agency on Aging-Lima, Ohio.
