Fannin of Monroeville, Ohio, born in Inez, Kentucky, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Cassel and Ida Mae Cassel (Endicott); and her sister-in-law Susan Cassel. She is survived by: her husband Paul Fannin; her children, Deb Fannin and Doug Fannin (Deb); and her brothers, Harold "Monk" Cassel and Joe Cassel (Severia). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
