It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Marie Schafer of Monroeville, Ohio, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bertsch and Hilda Bertsch (Brown); her sisters, Mary Ann Ott (Paul) and Rita Bertsch (Peter Schafer); and her son Mark Schafer.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jean Keller (Emerson), Betty Adelman (Tom) and Anita Bertsch; her children, Br. Francis Schafer, Sharon Mastroianni (Douglas), Pete Schafer (Jean), Gerry Schafer (Jill) and Diane Rosiar (Steve); and her grandchildren, Andrew Schafer, Kate Spencer, Joe Schafer, Emily Elder (Seth), Adam Mastroianni (Priya), Kyle Schafer (Lauren), Melissa Zeller (Bryan), Jeremy Schafer (Christin), Brandon and Claudia Rosiar. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
