She was predeceased by: her parents, Mason Howard and Mary Catherine Boor (England); her husband Norman H. Smith; her siblings, Grayson Boor (Hattie), Gerald Boor (Anna), Eugene Boor (Helen), Salo Boor (Virginia), Robert Boor (Mary Ellen), Doris Taylor (Elmer), Ramona Crall (David), Joy Longnecker (John), Miriam Daup (Leo), Elsie Cline (Henry) and John Henry Boor; and her son-in-law Clark Maddocks.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Whetstone (Richard) of Willard, Ramona Sizemore (Jeffrey) of Monroeville, Ruth Ann Maddocks of Lexington, KY, Rachel Smith (Tim) of North Fairfield and Royden Smith (Elizabeth) of Monroeville; and her grandchildren, Rachel Ann Rathburn (Jeff), Roger Whetstone (Cyndi), Renee' Creachbaum (Ryan), Jana Sizemore, Jay Sizemore (Sara), Julie Schloemer (Joe), Joy Niedermeier (Tommy), Bryan Maddocks (Alexis), Nathan Maddocks (Olivia), Stuart Smith (Kellie), Clayton Smith (Emily), Clifford Smith (Stephanie), Scott Smith (Hannah), Sterling Smith and Sarah Smith. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.
