She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Smith and Muriel Smith (Lehnart); her siblings, Janice Y. Smith and Richard "Dick"; and her sister-in-law Ruth Smith.
She is survived by: her son Jeffery Smith (Sandee) of Monroeville; her grandchildren, Jamie Smith of Monroeville and Stacie Smith (Andy Gonos) of Huron; her great grandchildren, Riley, Jayden, Petros and Christine; and her brother Lyle Smith (Sue) of Norwalk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
