He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas DeCarmine. He is survived by: his sons, Leonard D. DeCarmine of Phoenix, AZ and Matthew F. DeCarmine of Philadelphia, PA; his mother Rose DeCarmine of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his siblings, Maryann DeCarmine of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Nicholas DeCarmine of Levittown, NY; and his grandchildren, Georgianna, Nicholas, Zachary and Ellis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
