She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hofacker; her parents, Arthur Gahagan and Euretta Gahagan; and her brothers, Arthur (Carolyn Gahagan) and Harold (Molly Gahagan).
She is survived by: her children, Susan Schafer (Kenneth), Stephen Hofacker (Jennifer) and Michael Hofacker (Molly); her grandchildren, Gregory Schafer, Jessica Wasserman, Stephanie VanFleet, Catherine Hofacker, Rachel Hofacker, Alexandria Hofacker, Madison Hofacker, Cassidy Hofacker, Kelsi Hofacker and Kali Hofacker; and her siblings-in-law, Catherine Tyler, John and Therese Hofacker. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
