In loving memory of Greta Y. Scheid of Monroeville, Ohio, born in Detroit, Michigan, who departed this world on October 20, 2024 at the age of 96. Though Greta may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Greta touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Heyman and Helen Heyman (Ingold); her husband Lowell Scheid; her son Fred Scheid; her sister Helen Doty; and her children-in-law, Arnold Gene Hainline and Cindy Scheid.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Hainline of Norwalk, Lowell John Scheid of Curtice and Kirk Scheid of Monroeville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law.
