He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Osburn and Dorothy Osburn (Smith); his son John; and his sister Ruth Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Osburn (Burkhart); his children, Ray Osburn, Michael Osburn (Amanda) and Sandra Elliott; his grandchildren, Melanie Shea (Mike), Anna Taylor (Kevin), Anthony Simon, Ray A. Osburn Jr. (Kasey), Molly Skelton (Marcus), Patty Espinoza and Isaac Osburn; his great grandchildren, Sebastian Taylor, Gabriel Taylor, Olivia Skelton, Justice Skelton, Urijah Ojeda, Elias Osburn, Meghan Shea, Lily Johnson and Eliana Cory; his sisters, Geneva Culbertson and Mary Papale; and his children-in-law, Greg Starnes and Sherri Frisch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
