He was predeceased by: his parents, James Junior and Mabel Lean Blackburn (Blair); his brother Daryl Blackburn; and his grandparents, Verlie "Buck", Jettie Blair (Thompson), James H. "Buddy" and Alice Blackburn (Gray).
He is survived by: his wife Delia Blackburn (Vasquez); his children, Dallas Jr. Blackburn (Wendy), Daniel Ryan Blackburn (Christine Tennant), Dustin Blackburn (Heyzel Lovo), Joseph Blackburn (Skylre Van Meter) and Lester Ramey (Wendy); his brothers, Kenneth Blackburn (Joyce) of Pippa Passes and Donald Blackburn (Ellen) of Willard; and his uncle James Blair (Pam) of Tennessee.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude's Hospital or the Huron County Humane Society.
