He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Miller and Agnes Miller (Hay); his wife Anita Wagner; his brothers, Eugene Miller and Joseph Miller; and his grandson Drayke Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Bernadette Bishop (Russell) of Norwalk, Veronica Wilhelm (Ed) of Monroeville, Charles, Jr. Miller (Ivy) of Shiloh, Eric Miller of Willard, Andy Miller (David) of Columbus, Joshua Miller (Shelly) of Monroeville and Jacob Miller of Monroeville; and his siblings, Clayton (Marilyn), Paul (Debbie), Bertha Eisenhower (Terry), Rose Nelson (Leroy), Ann Mellein (Jim), Helen Gasteier (Dale), Martha Turner, Bernie Stockmaster, Rita Smith (Frank) and Catherine McConnell (Gus). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Saint Joseph Endowment Fund, 79 Chapel Street, Monroeville, Ohio 44847.
