It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Riggs of Monroe, Ohio, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eston Riggs and Helen Riggs (Sellers); and his daughter Elizabeth Riggs. He is survived by: his children, William E. Riggs, II (Angie) and Marcia Wood (Roger); his grandsons, Jonathan Riggs, Jackson Riggs, Michael Harris and Isaiah Wood; his great grandchildren, Sophie and Cassie Harris; his sister Betty Hughes (Wilbur); his nephews, Randy and Ronnie; his niece Cindy; and his close friend Nancy Bolton.
