He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mullins and Rosie Mullins (Blizzard); his wife Elaine Mullins; and his siblings, Noah, William, Tommy and Garnett.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Addilyn, Jackson, Jonathan, Jr., Larry, Jr., Tiffany, Dustin, Cortney, Nichole and Jessie Jr.; his great grandchildren, Elias and Rowan; his siblings, Harold, Jerry, Jessie, Andrew, John, Sissy and Dolly; and his mother-in-law Wilma Kanera (Frank).
