Thomas K. Mattingly Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas K. Mattingly of Monroe, Ohio, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carla J. Mattingly; and his parents, Francis Mattingly and Alberta Mattingly. He is survived by: his sons, Lance Mattingly (Kim) and Clint Mattingly; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Nolan and Garrett; and his brothers, Bill Mattingly, Ron Mattingly (Anna), James Mattingly and Robert Mattingly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
