She was predeceased by: her son Rickey Meadows Jr.; her grandson Cody Phillips; her parents, Chester Reynolds and Alice Reynolds; and her brothers, Denver, Doug and Kenny Reynolds.

She is survived by: her husband Rick Meadows; her daughters, Sherry Bryant (Jeff), Sandra Phillips and Rhonda Conn (Jeff); her grandchild Loryn Meadows; her great grandchild Willow Bullins; and her siblings, Loretta Morgan (Larry), Kathy Gehler (Hank) and Larry Reynolds (Joy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
