He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Bruning (Chalfant); his children, Shane V Bruning Jr. (Courtnie) and Carly Hershner (Nick); his grandchildren, Corinne, Nicholas, Madyson, Trey (Shane) and Esabella; his sisters, Glenny Hays, Jill Lazarus, Shelly Isaacs and Lori Voegele; his godchildren, Megan, Gabrielle and Adam; and his pets, Annie and Lena.
