He was predeceased by: his father L. Nicholas Hogan. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Landon, Mackenzie and Jackson Hogan; his stepchildren, Emma and Ryan Adolph; his mother Karen L. Hogan (John Howard); and his sister Cailin.
