She was predeceased by: her husband James T. Bartley; her son Dennis Bartley; her stepparents, Thurman and Ruth; and her brother James Andy Elswick (Carolyn).
She is survived by: her brother Ed Belcher (Denice); and her daughter-in-law Lucille Bartley. She is also survived by one granddaughter; two great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; two step-grandchildren; and many nieces & nephews.
