With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Mills of Monroe, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on July 26, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Patton and Thelma Patton (Pruitt); her husband Leslie F. Mills; her brother Robert Patton; and her great grandchild Arya Rose Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Young (Russ) and Kelly Mills (Patti); her grandchildren, Amanda Simmons (Rob), Benjamin Young, Katie Mills, Zoe Mills and Krista Mitchell; her great grandchild Lucy Simmons; and her siblings, Judie Patrick, Patricia Liljestrand and Phillip Patton. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
