Paula Frazier Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2024, at the age of 77, Paula Frazier of Monroe, Ohio, born in Owingsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Foley and Nona Foley (Otis). She is survived by: her husband James Frazier; her children, Paul Frazier (Karen D.) and Michelle Ewen (Dennis); her grandchildren, Bethanne Depew (Bridey), Laynie Ewen, Ann Harris (Evan), Samuel Frazier and Amy Grace Frazier; and her siblings, George Foley (Peggy) and Anne Moore (Steve).
