She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Duff and Mary Ellen Duff (McClain); her husband Gregory Buschur; and her siblings, James Duff (Eunice), Bob Duff, Douglas Duff (Thelma), Clara Mull (Bob) and Daisy Trimble (Dwight).

She is survived by: her children, Kim Burkinshaw (Barry), Rocky Sebastian (Kim) and Jay Sebastian (Jennifer); her stepchildren, Mike Buschur (Lisa) and Mindy James; her grandchildren, Jason Patrick, Justin Boone, Brian Sebastian (Amanda), Kristy Sebastian Marcum (Kyle) and Natalie Sebastian; her stepgrandsons, Corey James and Shaun Buschur; her great grandchildren, Alex Garrison (Casey), Adrianne Patrick, Olivia Boone and Jack Boone; and her sister-in-law Jeanne Duff. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420.
