He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Benoy and Emily Benoy (Schultz); his wife Mary Jane Benoy (Brown); and his sisters, Lynnette Benoy and Deanne Brezette.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Pelfrey (David) and Valerie Simonson (Dan); his grandchildren, Audrey Simonson, Ryan Pelfrey (Stephanie) and Jason Pelfrey (Becca); and his sister Dianne Cahill (Rob).
