He was predeceased by: his parents, George Forest Rose, Sr. and Virgie Cook Rose; his wife Marcheta Mae Revis Rose; and his siblings, George Rose, Jr., Virginia Rose Thomas, Elizabeth "Mickey" Porche and Sterling DuWayne Rose.
He is survived by: his children, James Rose (Elizabeth), Michael Rose (Federico) and Mia Barr; his grandchildren, Lindsay Rose (Amy), Brian Rose and Bryanna Drazl (Joey); and his great grandchildren, Mela Rose Drzal and Joseph Drzal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
