She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Marshall and Mary Horsley; her granddaughter Elizabeth Danielle Salley; and her sisters, Martha Spencer and Jeannette Maggard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christy Staton (Kelly) and Karen Powell; her grandchildren, Brandon Salley, Erica Staton, Caden Powell and Chase Powell; her great grandchild Gwen Salley; her siblings, Frank, David Marshall, Linda (Ronnie) and Blackburn; and her niece Misty Horton (Keith).
She received many acknowledgments and certificates of achievement for her contributions to the agency before retiring in 2010 after 29 years of service.
