He was predeceased by: his sibling Shirley Spitznagel; and his parent Conrad Soete. He is survived by: his spouse Carol Soete; his children, Kathy Lagaly (Mike), Debbie Lagaly (Tom) and Ann Ruwe (Steve); his grandchildren, Nicki Lagaly, Chris Lagaly, Ashli Lagaly, Alexa Lagaly, Hannah Lagaly, Trey Lagaly, Samantha Ruwe and Joe Ruwe; his siblings, Patricia Soete and Mary Jo Meyer; and his parent Hilda Soete.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties , Alzheimer's Association , American Cancer Society , and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
