He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fultz and Violet Fultz (Markwell); his granddaughter Nova Fultz; and his siblings, David Fultz, Vernie Fultz, Jeanie Fultz and Debbie Stills.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheyanne Fultz (Ronald Bowers); his stepchildren, Kimberly (Marshall Kidwell) and David Mull; his grandchildren, Lillyanna and Kingston; and his siblings, James, Chuck Fultz, Joyce Holland, Carol Landolfi and Elizabeth Hamilton.
