She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Bach and Eva Bach (Griffin); and her husband Dale F. Foreman. She is survived by: her children, Patti Lindley (Gary), Vicki Burns (Cliff), Roger D. Foreman and Tammi Picard (Danial); her grandchildren, Matthew Burns (Kim), Julie Dunavent (Drew), Ben Thompson (Carly), Caitlin Munk (Donald), Kristin Thompson and Abigail Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Addison Dunavent, Cora Dunavent, Harper Burns and Matthew Burns.
