She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas L. DeLacey and Florence I. Folsom DeLacey; her husband William E. Rice; her sons, Thomas M. Rice (Susan) of Springboro and David W. Rice (Ann) of Tualatin, Oregon; and her brother Roger C. DeLacey of Sacramento, California.. She was also cherished by five grandchildren.
