He was predeceased by: his parents, Judson Williams and Edith Williams. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Cynthia Williams, Steven Williams, Jennifer Bentancourt (David) and Tom Williams; his stepdaughters, Karen Stewart (Robert), Brenda Conley (Robert) and Vickie Aspinwall (Jason); his granddaughter Stephanie; his stepgrandchildren, Jordan, Katelyn, Kristi and Ashley Leah; his sister Carroll Donovan; and his nephew Dwayne Buttrey. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
