He is survived by: his parents, Jerry and Marianne; his wife Jill; his daughters, Natalie Schneider and Abby Rakes; his sister Laura Kinsey (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn (Zach), Mandi, Logan and Max. He is also survived by His In-Laws, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Kelly-Carol Foundation for Children with Cancer.
