He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bartley and Georgia Bartley (Wallace) of Ashcamp, Kentucky.; and his son Dennis Bartley. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bartley (Elswick); his daughter-in-law Lucille Bartley; and his brother-in-law Eddie Belcher (Denice). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
