He was predeceased by: his father John II; his son Josh Long; and his brother John Long III. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Long II (Chilenski); his wife Darlene "Dar"; his son Joe Long; his grandson Trevor; and his sister Julie Pazun.
The family suggest memorial contributions in Jim's name be made to the Animal Protective League.
