He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Christy and Victoria Christy (Paraska); and his wife Virginia A. Christy. He is survived by: his children, Jeanine Kestler (Rich) and Dean Christy (Melissa); his grandchildren, Alex Kestler, George, Sophia and Catherine Christy; his siblings, Lou Christy (Joyce) and Mary Ellen Stilianos (Pete); and his goddaughter Diane Garvin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
