O'Brien II of Kirtland and Michael O'Brien (Tasha) of Conneaut; her sister Bonnie Lewis of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Kaylee Guesman, James O'Brien (Brianna), Katelyn Borden (Alex), Gregory O'Brien, Scott O'Brien, Jenna Porfilio, Madelyn Porfilio, Avery O'Brien and Michael O'Brien, Jr.; her great grandchild Maelynn Guesman; and her brother David Lewis of Monroe Township.
