He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Robertson and Pauline I. Robertson (Plyler); his daughter Christy Robertson; and his brothers, Phillip, Tim and Byron.

He is survived by: his wife Terri A. Robertson; his children, Marc Robertson (Bethany), Paige Robertson (Adam Gibel), Orion Binns, Sr. (Andrea) and Joseph Binns; his grandchildren, Anthony Gonzales, Madeline Robertson, Santina, Alex, Orion, Jr., Cameron Binns and Victoria Binns; and his siblings, George, Nancy and Lawrence "Buster".
