He is survived by: his wife Thelma Russell (Pelfrey); his sons, Dan Russell (Valerie) and Scott Russell (Dina); his siblings, Richard Russell (Margaret), Sue Karatz, Vivian Estepp (Ron), Blanche Caudill (Bobby), Linda Combs (Marvin) and Ruth Slone (Vernon); his grandchildren, Brett Russell (Taylor), Brittani Specht (Chris), Braedan Russell, Bradley Russell and Deja Russell; and his great grandchildren, Tatum Russell and Ava Leigh Specht.
