She was predeceased by: her mother Jacqueline Miller (Shaw); her husband Jack "John" Annichenni; and her grandson John Amelio Annichenni. She is survived by: her children, John Annichenni (Antoinette), Mechele Cyrus, Paula Yarletts (David), Tony Annichenni (Penny), Jacque Annichenni, Gino Annichenni (Rachael), Tonya Jarnigan and Dustin Annichenni (Nicole); her grandchildren, Amanda, Nick, Daniel, Johnny, Jordan, Aleah, Ashlynn, Anthony, Kayla, Christian, Noah, Emma, Dominic, Josie, Gage, Kylee, Kane, Evelynn and Savannah; her great grandchildren, Giovanni, Carter, Scarlett, Maeva, Ellie, Elliott, Maverick, Sage, Sawyer and Luna; and also Bud Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Care of Middletown in memory of Cindy.
