It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Wayne Horn of Monroe, Ohio, who passed away on January 24, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Belinda Horn; his children, Andrea Senters (Billy) and Chasity Deavers (Joseph); his grandchildren, Alex, Elleah, Tyler, Kyle, Cole, Carly and Callee; and his siblings, Wilgus Horn Jr., Rhonda Gould, Fay Bloyd, Jackie Horn and Janet Parrett.
