He is survived by: his wife Gayle Heintzelman; his children, Heather Swensgard (Travis) and Craig Heintzelman (Nikki); his grandchildren, Abby Swensgard, Cason Swensgard and Heath Swensgard; and his brother-in-law Don Robinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Monroe Elementary Scholarship, 212 Market Street, New Richmond, Ohio and/or Hospice of Cincinnati.
