She was predeceased by: her husband Alex Perkins; her daughter Brenda Godby; her granddaughter Rebecca Perkins; and her great great grandchild Makayla Farmer. She is survived by: her children, Sue Lindon, Joyce Glascoe, Geri Blevins (Rick), Patricia Perkins Metz (Brian) and Doug Perkins (Pam); her daughter-in-law Teresa Perkins; and her grandson Dustin Metz (Nikki). She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great children.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties.
