She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Bartlett and Helen Bartlett; her stepmother Ellen McCarthy Bartlett; and her brother-in-law Robert Bob Maxwell. She is survived by: her son Lance Leitzel (Adelaide); her grandchildren, Loring, Mitchell and Grace Leitzel; her sister Helen Maxwell; her nephew Bob Maxwell; and her niece Cheryl McCann.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to Shand's Children's Hospital.
