We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2018, at the age of 51, Amy Jo Sebastian (Monroe, Ohio), born in Schenectady, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Kinser Sebastian, Noah Sebastian, Sam Sebastian and Kylie Sebastian; her mother Judy Evans; her siblings, David Evans (Tracy), Brian Evans (Jennifer), James Evans (Marisa) and Nancy Blaylock (John); and her child Warriors of Wellness.
