She was predeceased by: her husband Walter; her parents, Shelby Cox and Bertha Cox; her parents-in-law, Hoyt McCormick and Helen McCormick; her sister Pearl Welsh; her siblings-in-law, Bud Welsh, Ruth Morgan Davidson, Guy Morgan and Russell Davidson; her daughter-in-law Betty McCormick; her uncle Lynn; her aunt Edna McCormick; and her nephew-in-law Mike Stokes.
She is survived by: her children, Robert McCormick of Middletown and Judy Johnson (Ron) of Middletown; her grandchildren, Jennifer D'Varga of Middletown and Zachary McCormick (Amera) of Dayton; her nieces, Linda Stokes of Dayton, Phyllis Johnson (Larry) of Huntsville Alabama and Bonnie Burchett (Al); her nephew John Welsh; and her great grandchildren, Kinsey D'Varga and Austin D'Varga.
