He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell McNeal and Rita McNeal (Rambo); and his brother David McNeal (Pat). He is survived by: his wife Janice M. McNeal; his daughters, Rebecca Webster (Michael) and Catherine Stentz (Tony Burns); his grandchildren, Chance, Hannah and Emily; and his brother Randy McNeal (Mary).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
