We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2021, at the age of 92, Phyllis Louise Davis of Monclova, Ohio, born in Crum, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Louise Davis to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Emery Fraley and Virgie Fraley (Spaulding); her husband Bill; and her son James. She is survived by : her daughter Carolyn "Connie". She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, two brothers, a sister, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kind Hearts Hospice Care in Phyllis' memory.
