She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Fraley and Virgie Fraley (Spaulding); her husband Bill; and her son James. She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn "Connie". She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, two brothers, a sister, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kind Hearts Hospice Care in Phyllis' memory.
