She was predeceased by : her parents, Alex Orzechowski and Doris Orzechowski (Czubachowski); her husband Ronald S. Lukasik; and her brother Frank Orzechowski. She is survived by : her son Ronald Lukasik Jr. (Anjenene); her granddaughters, Lucy and Lyla; and her sister Vivian Angevine (Duane).
